Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wellness Membership Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging potential clients, promoting wellness programs, and managing membership sales through a combination of inside and outside sales strategies. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, and a background in B2B or retail sales, will be highly advantageous. Duties
- Conduct outside and inside sales activities to generate new membership leads and expand client base through cold calling, lead generation, and territory management
- Present product demos and conduct upselling to existing members to maximize revenue opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans within assigned territories or markets
- Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance
- Negotiate membership packages and close sales through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility
- Conduct territory management by identifying new markets and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with members
- Support management in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for account management and lead tracking
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to conduct product demos, lead generation activities, and territory management effectively
- Experience in marketing or business development is preferred
- Demonstrated ability in analysis skills for assessing sales performance and market trends
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus but not required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in health, wellness, or fitness industry is advantageous but not mandatory
