As we prepare for our North American launch, we are seeking entrepreneurial Business Development Partners to help introduce Elemental to leading hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle communities across the United States.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role.
We are looking for commercially minded relationship builders who enjoy opening doors, creating partnerships, and helping launch a new category. You will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth across the United States.

- Interior Designers & Architects

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitality, wellness, design, and lifestyle sectors
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions
- Negotiate and close partnership and sales opportunities
Market Development
- Represent Elemental within your territory
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows
- Identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities
- Provide customer and market feedback to support future growth
Strategic Partnerships
- Build relationships with Pilates instructors, wellness operators, and hospitality groups
- Develop referral and ambassador partnerships
- Support regional marketing and launch activities
- Help establish Elemental as the preferred premium Pilates brand in your market
Who You Are
You are likely to thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in business development, partnerships, hospitality, wellness, luxury retail, interior design, fitness, or real estate
- Enjoy building relationships and creating opportunities from scratch
- Are comfortable working independently and managing your own territory
- Have strong communication and networking skills

Existing relationships within hospitality, wellness, Pilates, luxury residential, design, or lifestyle sectors are highly valued.
