【What We're Looking For】
• Strong discovery — you know how to turn “we might want some merch” into use case, goals, audience, budget, timing, and decision process.
• Strong follow-up — your post-meeting email moves the deal forward; it is not just a polite recap.
• Commercial judgment — you know what to pursue, how to prioritize, and when to walk away.
• Curiosity and learning speed around merch, product, and supply chain — this is not a pure relationship-only sales role.
• Ability to work tightly with presales, translate vague demand into a path forward, and push for specific next steps.

【About Voila】
Voila is building the modern infrastructure for identity-driven merchandise.
On one side, we help companies, brands, and organizations turn merchandise into a real business tool — not disposable swag, but high-quality products that strengthen brand presence, deepen community, and create lasting emotional connection. We call this B2B merch as a solution: merchandise designed not just to look good, but to serve a purpose across marketing, culture, retail, events, talent, and customer experience.
On the other side, we are building tools and systems that empower creators, artists, and fan communities to bring their ideas to life through premium physical products. We believe merch is one of the most powerful forms of identity expression — a way for people to wear what they believe in, celebrate what they love, and feel part of something bigger than themselves.
At Voila, we are rethinking what merchandise can be: higher quality, more intentional, more design-driven, and more operationally intelligent. We combine strong product taste, supply chain depth, and technology-enabled workflows to make premium merchandise more accessible, scalable, and effective.
We're looking for people who believe merchandise is not a side category, but a powerful intersection of brand, culture, product, and community — and who are excited to help build the company shaping that future.
We're not building a swag company. We're building the operating system for brand-grade, identity-driven merchandise.
