Location: Oswego, NY (with occasional travel to local facilities)
Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do
No two days are the same in this role. You’ll act as a key support across multiple teams—helping to keep projects moving, systems organized, and communication flowing.
Education Support
Assist with training programs, including our innovative Hybrid CNA Program
Help schedule sessions, track participation, and manage materials
Learn and support our Moodle online education platform
Operations Support
Provide data entry and administrative support to leadership
Assist with reports, trackers, and project-based work
Help keep systems organized and up to date
Engagement & Communications
Support employee events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives
Assist with internal communications (newsletters, posts, updates)
Help coordinate surveys and employee outreach efforts
Office & Team Support
Answer phones and assist with general office needs
Run occasional errands and support day-to-day logistics
Jump in on priority projects across departments
Facility Support
Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for our facility teams
Help connect teams and ensure communication flows smoothly
