Element2 Group is looking for Entry-level and experienced Recruiters to join our team! As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the recruitment of candidates, both active and passive on the job market and maintaining a good rapport with current employees. We are looking for individuals that are self-starters and has experience recruiting in various industries.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in high volume agency type recruiting environment or related industries such as hospitality/restaurant or sales based positions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to manage confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external contacts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
