- Do you assemble parts to exact specifications and documented procedures?
- Can you verify fit, alignment, and fastening of parts and subassemblies before moving to the next step?
- Are you comfortable performing visual inspections to validate quality and accuracy?
- Will you promptly report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Team Leader?
- Do you enjoy helping teammates learn—assisting with training when needed?
- Can you maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area?
- Will you follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations every time?
- Are you flexible to take on other tasks assigned by the Team Leader, Production Supervisor, or Manager?
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to understand assembly drawings, work instructions, and packing lists.
- Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Effective communicator and strong team player.
- Self-starter who can perform in a fast-paced production environment.
- Manual dexterity and good vision to perform assembly and inspection work accurately.
- Lift and move materials up to 60 pounds.
- Stand for long periods throughout the workday.
- Comfort with repetitive hand and arm movements.
