Element Wellness & Aesthetics is a growing wellness and medical aesthetics practice serving clients in Washington, DC and Lancaster, South Carolina. We specialize in advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments including Botox and neurotoxins, dermal fillers, medical weight loss, IV therapy, microneedling, body contouring, Hydrafacial treatments, facials, skin rejuvenation services, laser treatments, and personalized wellness solutions.

Element Wellness & Aesthetics is hiring an experienced Medical Spa Sales & Front Desk Specialist for our Washington, DC and Lancaster, SC locations.
This position is primarily in office with flexibility for occasional remote work or hybrid scheduling when appropriate.
This role extends beyond traditional front desk responsibilities. We are seeking a sales driven professional who can educate clients, recommend treatments, support memberships and packages, help maximize provider schedules, and contribute directly to revenue growth while maintaining a premium client experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Delivering exceptional client experiences from check in through follow up
• Managing front desk operations and appointment scheduling
• Educating clients on treatments, memberships, and service packages
• Supporting consultation follow up and lead conversion
• Upselling services and helping achieve monthly sales goals
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating with providers and supporting clinic operations
• Assisting with promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
• Maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
• Creating a welcoming and polished environment for every client interaction
Required qualifications:
• Previous experience in medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, wellness, luxury retail, or sales environments
• Strong sales mindset with experience upselling packages, memberships, or treatment plans
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Experience with scheduling systems and client management software
• Professional appearance and customer service standards
• Organized, dependable, and detail oriented
• Ability to work at Washington, DC or Lancaster, SC locations
• Weekend availability preferred
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with injectables, medical weight loss, IV therapy, Hydrafacial services, body contouring, skincare treatments, PRP/PRFM, or aesthetic consultations
• Previous luxury spa or premium client experience
• Familiarity with POS and spa management systems
• History of achieving sales goals or revenue targets
Compensation includes competitive hourly pay starting at $25 per hour plus commission opportunities, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, hybrid flexibility when appropriate, growth opportunities, and performance incentives.
