Element Total Home is growing and actively looking for motivated sales professionals who want to maximize their earning potential and grow with a rapidly expanding company.

If you have experience in door-to-door sales, solar, telecommunications, roofing, home improvement, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, real estate, or any role involving face-to-face interaction with customers, we'd love to speak with you.

Don't have sales experience? That's okay too. We provide hands-on training and mentorship for individuals who are coachable, hardworking, and eager to build a career in sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners face-to-face in local neighborhoods
• Build relationships and establish trust within the community
• Educate homeowners on available services and solutions
• Generate leads and schedule appointments
• Learn proven sales and communication strategies
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Work alongside experienced sales leaders and mentors
