Element Total Home LLC is hiring 2-3 Full and or part-time appointment setters to help homeowners in the Bel Air area learn how much they can save by switching to solar. This is a flexible, part-time door-to-door role, perfect for college students or anyone looking for solid part-time pay with a flexible schedule.
You do not need any experience or sales background. We provide training on the script and process. If you’re outgoing, not afraid of a little rejection, and want to make real money for a few hours of work a day, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Walk assigned neighborhoods and talk with homeowners about solar savings
- Set qualified appointments for our licensed solar consultants
- Log appointments accurately so our team can follow up
- No selling, no contracts, no home entry required — just start the conversation and book the visit
Pay Structure
- $13.00/hr base pay
- $20 bonus for every qualified appointment set that shows up on the calendar
- $50 bonus if your appointment turns into a signed deal
- Example: work a 3-hour shift, set 2 appointments, that’s roughly $79 for the day (about $26/hr effective)
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
