Job Description: Element Staffing is recruiting for a Quality Systems Analyst for a global leader in the food ingredients and flavors industry with key operations in the Inland Empire and Orange County regions. The Quality Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration of digital quality management systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting global compliance standards.

Duties/Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated digital documentation.
• Understand and adhere to food safety procedures (HACCP/FSMA) and specified methodology.
• Perform data entry, verification, and analysis of quality metrics into ERP and QMS platforms.
• Conduct internal system audits and assist with third-party/regulatory audit preparations (SQF/GFSI).
• Perform routine system verifications, user access checks, and digital function checks.
• Verify and communicate results obtained, ensuring accurate reporting to the Quality Manager.
• Maintain organized digital records, ensuring all CAPA and non-conformance reports are closed out.
• Organize and coordinate with production and lab teams to ensure quality data is submitted in a timely manner.
• Communicate and coordinate with IT, R&D, and Supply Chain personnel to streamline workflows.

Additional Information:

• Years of Experience: 1-3 years in a Quality Assurance or Systems Analyst role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Information Systems preferred.
• Shift/Travel: Standard business hours; occasional flexibility required for global team meetings.
• Requirements: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), strong Microsoft Excel skills, and knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE
