Element Salon & Day Spa is growing, and we’re looking for a talented, motivated Licensed Nail Technician to join our team as we prepare for an exciting new chapter in our brand.
This is an opportunity for a nail professional who wants more than simply renting a space and figuring everything out alone. At Element, you’ll have the support, structure, clientele, professional environment, and team behind you to build a successful long-term career.
We are an established, high-volume Aveda salon and day spa serving the Midland community for more than a decade, and we are preparing to move into our brand-new salon and spa location at The Circle. Our expanded nail spa has been intentionally designed to create an elevated experience for both our guests and our nail professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional manicures, pedicures, gel services, and nail care
- Deliver a polished, consistent guest experience from beginning to end
- Build strong relationships with guests and work toward long-term client retention
- Maintain excellent sanitation, cleanliness, and professional standards
- Recommend appropriate services, home care, and retail products
- Participate in team meetings, education, and continued professional development
- Contribute positively to a team-focused salon and spa culture

- Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Michigan
