Element Design Build is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Rochester, NY. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office staff and leadership
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and schedules
- Assist with project coordination and data entry
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and office communications
- Support HR, accounting, and purchasing as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
