Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Candidate must be within 30 minutes of Charlotte, NC. Candidate must be willing to commute at least 30 minutes for sessions.

What we require of our RBT team:

💜Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings

🎯Implement individualized treatment plans with high fidelity, developed by the BCBA

✨Build meaningful relationships with clients and families

📈Collect session data with fidelity and complete clinical documentation

🤝Collaborate closely with your BCBA and clinical team

☑️Support skill development through play-based, naturalistic teaching

✨Help create positive, engaging, and affirming learning experiences

Candidate Requirements:

✨Active RBT Certification

🎓Bachelor's degree (or within 90 days of graduation)

🚗Reliable transportation

☑️Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

💜Passion for working with children and families
