Your Role:
- Design and supervise affirming/assent-based ABA programs in homes, schools, and community settings
- Complete initial and reauthorization reports for your client caseload
- Maintain caseload of 27 billable hours weekly
- Supervise clients for 20% of their hours, in-person, weekly
- Mentor RBTs with unrestricted hour support
- Provide calm, supportive coaching during challenging behaviors
- Actively contribute to collaborative and growing team
Requirements:
- Active BCBA in good standing
- Experience in in-home ABA
- Commitment to assent-based, affirming care
- Bonus: Motivity experience
Caseload: 27 billable weekly hours (approximately 8 clients), clients, ages 3-21
Interview Process:
- Part 1: Interview #1 with CEO
- Part 2: Interview #2 with BCBA team
- (Timeline: 1-2 weeks)
