Your Role:
- Support a caseload of clients (approximately 8); equating to 27 billable hours weekly
- Supervise 20% of scheduled sessions for each client weekly
- Conduct caregiver support meetings for each client monthly (at least 2 hours per client)
- Design and maintain ABA neuro-affirming programs in homes, schools, and community settings
- Mentor RBTs with unrestricted hour support; allow BCBAs in training to shadow you
- Provide calm, supportive coaching during challenging behaviors
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments for clients within designated timelines
- Collaborate with your client's outside providers (SLP/OT) on a quarterly basis
Requirements:
- Active BCBA in good standing
- Active NC BCBA License
- Experience in in-home ABA (preferred)
- Commitment to assent-based, affirming care
