What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Bluebell ABA Therapy?
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Raleigh preferred, remote considered)
We're growing and we're looking for the right person, not just a resume.
Bluebell ABA is hiring a BCBA to join our team. We're based in North Carolina and we have real caseloads, real support, and a leadership team that actually picks up the phone. If you've worked at a place where you felt like a number, this is a different experience.
What the role looks like:
You'll carry a caseload of clients, supervise RBTs, write and oversee programs, collaborate with families, and do the work that made you want to get your certification in the first place. We're not going to micromanage how you do it. We trust our BCBAs.
What we're looking for:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina (LBA)
- Experience working with children and families in a home, clinic, school, daycare, or community setting
- Someone who communicates well, shows up for their team, and genuinely cares about outcomes
Where:
Raleigh area is ideal, but we're open to other parts of NC. Remote supervision roles may be available depending on your experience and fit. Let's talk.
Why Bluebell:
We're a company built by people who came up through this field and got tired of watching good clinicians burn out because of bad management. We keep caseloads manageable. We invest in our staff. We're not perfect, but we're honest about that and always working to get better.
