We are seeking a skilled Sheet-Fed Die Cutter Machine Operator with hands-on experience operating sheet-fed die cutting equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paper packaging or paper products, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate die cutting equipment for cutting, creasing, perforating, and stripping operations.
- Monitor production runs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals.
- Follow all safety and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating sheet-fed die cutting machines (required).
- Bobst experience is a plus.
- In depth knowledge of mechanics and capabilities of die cutting press.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) preferred
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Occasional bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping.
- Ability to stand 8 to 13 hours.
- May be exposed to hot/humid environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
