Clinic IT Operations Support Personnel Requirements
The technicians providing IT Operations Support in the clinic must have experience in clinic/hospital environments. Personnel shall have certifications or provide equivalent experience relevant to their job functions in their respective areas.

ITIL Foundation, ITIL Practice Manager, LPIC-1, LPIC-2, CompTIA A , CompTIA Network , CompTIALinux , CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician, HDI Desktop Support Manager, HDI Service Manager, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows 10, Microsoft Certified SolutionsAssociate: Windows 11, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Engineer Desktop Infrastructure.

Clinic IT Manager: The Clinic IT Manager oversees the clinic’s IT Infrastructure and IT Operations activities. The Clinic IT Manager will report to the Clinic’s IT Infrastructure and Operation’s Federal Leads.
Requirements: This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills with capabilities to interact with IT and clinic staff to upper management, capable of time management skillset to prioritize workload and a strong IT infrastructure background. This position needs at least ten (10) years of experience. IT clinic environment experience is preferred.
