Hair Stylist - Elegance Hair Salon

We are seeking a skilled Hairstylist at Elegance Hair Salon. This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their experience. We are looking for stylists with 1 years of experience, but are also open to new stylists who want to build their clientele and grow as a stylist at a diverse, busy salon!

Responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting, styling, and coloring services
• Apply appropriate hair treatments to maintain client hair health
• Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize client flow
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Open to both entry level and experienced stylists
• Both full time and part time applicants are welcome to apply
• State cosmetology license (required)
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Effective time management and attention to detail

SALARY: $120-160 a day tips made OR Fully commission based Tips made
