Salon Assistant

• **Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Salon Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of the salon, supporting stylists and ensuring exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Assist stylists with various tasks including shampooing, conditioning, glossing and preparing clients for services - Maintain salon cleanliness and organization - Greet and attend to clients in a friendly and professional manner - Support retail sales by recommending products and assisting with purchases - Learn and effectively use salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information -Help with inventory management and restocking of supplies **Requirements:** - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude - Familiarity with salon software such as vagaro is a plus - - Willingness to mentor under senior stylists for skill development Join our team and embark on a rewarding career in the beauty industry.

Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
