Electronic Systems Installers (ESi) is a security integration company based in York, PA, serving residential and commercial clients throughout Central PA since 1997. We design and install fire alarms, burglar alarms, camera, access control, and intercom systems, backed by 24/7 monitoring. Our clients range from homeowners and small businesses to schools, HOAs, property managers, and government facilities.
The Role
We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow ESi's client base through their own prospecting and lead generation. This isn't a role where leads land in your inbox. You'll be building your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and relationship-building, then meeting prospects and clients in person to close the deal.
What You'll Do
● Prospect and generate your own leads through cold calling, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
● Meet with prospects and clients to understand their needs and present solutions
● Build and manage your own sales pipeline from first contact through close
● Develop relationships with commercial accounts such as schools, HOAs, property managers, and businesses, as well as residential clients
● Work closely with ESi's management teams to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale
● Stay current on ESi's product and service offerings through ongoing training
What We're Looking For
● Preferred, not required: A proven track record of cold-prospecting and outbound sales. You generate your own pipeline and don't wait on inbound leads
● Strong in-person communication and relationship-building skills
● Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
● Preferred, not required: Experience in security, low-voltage, or a related technical sales industry
Compensation ($80,000-$120,000 )
