Facilities Operations & Management

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations at both sites to ensure smooth and safe operations.
  • Manage service contracts cost-effectively across both locations while maintaining high service quality.
  • Ensure facilities teams consistently provide positive and prompt responses to internal requests at each site.
  • Maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems across both facilities.
  • Plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and compliance initiatives.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight

  • Monitor maintenance and facilities expenditures at each site, ensuring cost-effective operations enterprise-wide.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), equipment uptime, maintenance costs, and safety metrics by site and in aggregate.

  • Apply Lean, TPM, and other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operations enterprise-wide.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance and facilities staff across both sites.
  • Build succession depth by developing site-level leads capable of running day-to-day operations independently.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, operational excellence, and accountability consistently across locations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement leadership at both sites to align maintenance strategies with manufacturing requirements.
  • Act as a key partner in problem-solving and operational planning at the multi-site level.
