Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

Electron Beam Technologies, Inc. was incorporated in 1970 providing products and services for the welding industry.  Today our operation continues to take pride in being a world-wide leader in welding conduits and wire delivery systems.

We are currently seeking to add a full-time, experienced AP/AR clerk to join our team. This role is imperative to daily operations and requires the ability to switch tasks frequently, high attention to detail, and the ability to act as part of a team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipt entries.
• Enter and pay all supplier invoices for 2 companies into Sage accounting software. 
• Maintain vendor certificates of insurance and W-9’s.
• Maintain and file financial documents and pay invoices in a timely manner.
• Record intercompany transactions monthly.
• Assist CFO with month end closing entries and processing, including analyzing accruals, cash receipts and banking reconciliations.
• Record invoices for fixed asset reporting.
• Answer the phone and greet guests at the door.
• Sort, process, and distribute the mail daily.
• Organize monthly luncheons provided for all employees. Order and pick up luncheon supplies as needed for two plants.
• Ensuring vending machines at both companies are maintained.
• Provide administrative support to Office Staff as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years Accounting experience preferably in manufacturing
• Experience with Sage and CashFlow360 accounting software preferred
• Detail oriented with demonstrable experience in reconciliations 
• Microsoft office
