ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Individuals should be self-directed and multi-skilled. They should have the ability to perform or the experience in at least two of the following areas:
• Welding
• Assembly
• Blue print reading
• Machine operation
• Buffing and grinding
• Refrigeration knowledge
• Electrical knowledge
• Hand tool operation
• Fork truck operating
• Basic computer skills
• Tape measure reading

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Have good attendance habits.

· Must be safety conscience.

· Cooperative/team player.

· Have a mechanical inclination or enjoy working with your hands.

· Able to learn new things quickly.

· Ability to suggest new ideas (cost reduction, process improvement, etc.).

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· A high school diploma or GED is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $23.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
