What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder/Metal Fabricator position at PRECISION WELDING & FABRICATION?
Read and understand drawings and blueprints correctly
Operate fabrication equipment efficiently and correctly, Welding machines, Oxy/Acetylene torches, Plasma torches, Hydraulic shear and brake, forklift, sky tracker.
Must have at least 1-2 years of welding experience and be able to pass a test vertical up in SMAW, FCAW, GMAW.
Be able to produce a quality product based on specified tolerances per drawings or prints provided for manufacturing.
Be able to complete the manufacturing process without constant/direct supervision.
Understand all rules and safety regulations required.
Perform and understand all other duties assigned by the Supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Supply personal hand tools required to perform the job
Physically able to perform whatever task the job requires
Ability to read a tape correctly and use a square and level.
Must be able to understand drawings and prints given them to work off of
Structural Steel Fabrication in the shop and field along with Machine assembly and tear down a huge plus

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
