All about the role:
The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations by driving efficient material flow, strong crossfunctional teamwork, accurate inventory management, and a continuousimprovement mindset that strengthens overall performance.
Where you'll be:
This position will be based in Kinston FDC.
What you'll do:
Interact with Warehouse Team when it comes to daily goals for inbound and outbound flow.
Interact with other departments such as Quality, EHS, Customer Advocates to make sure that Warehouse processes are in line with SQCDP expectations.
Interact with 3PL Team to assure equipment availability.
Interact with drivers when it comes to shipment documentation.
Timely update WMS system and execute inventory cycle counts.
Update KPI's dashboard / perform root cause analysis and define improvement actions.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and experience using WMS and Transportation Management Systems for load planning, routing and optimization of outbound shipments for with service and cost as key factors.
Experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge using Workday.
