You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start at 5am and end 5:30 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This role supports the production line and will follow productions needs.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a hydraulic or mechanical press to shape, form, or cut metal and other materials according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Description
You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a hydraulic or mechanical press to shape, form, or cut metal and other materials according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Your main tasks:
- Required to pass Lock out/Tag out
- Basic troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
- Set up and operate press machine according to production specifications and work orders.
- Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
- Receive verbal and written information.
- Complete all necessary documentation and communicate accurately and timely.
- Understand written instructions and be willing and able to communicate those instructions to others.
- 2 years of manufacturing production experience.
- Active Driver’s License
- Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis
- Able to read and write English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
