Unpaid NIL Internship
Electro is a fast-growing sports nutrition brand. Our athlete network spans college programs across every major conference, along with professional partners, and we are expanding our NIL and social media team.
Please note that this internship is unpaid. The intern will support NIL athlete relations and community management, representing the brand in athlete conversations and helping grow our partner network.
Fully remote with flexible hours, designed for college students.
What We Are Looking For:
• Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided).
• Comfortable initiating professional conversations with new contacts.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Active on Instagram with an understanding of athlete content and audiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning NIL campaigns around key dates in the college sports calendar.
• Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal guidelines.
• Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.
• Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems, including Notion and internal tools.
• Support athlete-created social content featuring the brand.
