Remote Internship for Academic Credit (Unpaid)
Electro is a fast-growing sports nutrition brand and the maker of the first functional electrolyte chewing gum. We have built a community of college athlete ambassadors and professional partners across major leagues.
Please note that this is an unpaid internship. This is a business development role focused on athlete partnerships: you will source, pitch, follow up with, and close NIL deals with college athletes.
Eligible for university credit. We support whatever your school requires, whether that is internship course credit, graduation credit, or any other academic credit you need.
Role Overview
- Research NIL trends and identify athletes with growing social audiences.
- Manage daily follow-ups with athletes to keep partnerships progressing.
- Identify strong athlete content for potential use on Electro's channels.
- Pitch NIL partnership opportunities to athletes through Instagram, email, and calls.
- Represent the brand professionally and positively in every communication.
- Prospect and qualify college athletes as potential brand partners, the same way an SDR builds and works a sales pipeline.
Ideal Candidate
- Knowledge of college sports, including major programs and conferences.
- Current or former college athletes, or candidates with NIL experience, are encouraged to apply.

- Comfortable initiating professional conversations with new contacts.
