ESS is a locally owned, fast-growing physical security integrator in San Diego.

- Can take a takeoff, price a job, negotiate subs/suppliers

What You’ll Do
- Estimate access control, CCTV, intrusion & structured cabling projects
- Walk sites, define scope, value-engineer, and own proposals
- Forecast labor, manage cost, and keep projects on track
- Be the point person for clients
- Help us build the standard, not just follow it
What We’re Looking For
- 3–10 years in low voltage estimating project management
- Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously
- Working knowledge of: PoE networks, card access hardware, camera platforms, door hardware, cabling pathways
- Proficient with Bluebeam, MS Office, estimating tools
- The mindset of: “Responsibility taken, not assigned.”
