About Electrix Vintage
Electrix Vintage is a Brooklyn-based vintage clothing and events company known for producing large-scale Fill-A-Bag sales and community-driven retail experiences across New York City & New Jersey. Our events move thousands of pounds of inventory and require a highly efficient, hands-on team to execute.
Role Overview
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to support event load-in, setup, breakdown, and transport operations. This role is physically active and operationally critical, requiring speed, organization, and strong teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading inventory and equipment from truck to event site during load-in
- Support full event setup alongside the Electrix team
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of inventory throughout the event
- Assist with Fill-A-Bag operations, including bagging, restocking, and floor management
- Break down event efficiently, including packing inventory and materials
- Load all items back into the truck in an organized, space-efficient manner
- Return truck to store and assist with unloading and resetting inventory cleanly
- Assist with transportation of goods between locations as needed
Schedule Requirements
- Availability required for early morning load-ins on event start days
- Availability required for evening/night load-outs on event end days
- Schedule varies based on event calendar but is mainly on weekends Friday-Sunday, with occasional days needed during the week
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license with experience operating a U-Haul or similar large vehicle
- Prior experience in events, production, retail operations, or warehouse work preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy inventory (50 lbs)
- Strong sense of organization and urgency
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work in fast-paced environments
