Job Overview
Electrical Training Center Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance team member to maintain a clean, safe, and organized training facility. This role is essential to keeping our school environment professional and fully operational for students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, bathrooms, and common areas
- Wipe down desks, surfaces, and equipment
- Mop floors and maintain overall facility cleanliness
- Empty trash and replace liners throughout the building
- Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
- Maintain kitchen and break areas
- Clean exterior areas and remove debris around the campus building
Weekly Requirement
- 5-hour deep cleaning every Sunday is required
- This includes a full reset of the facility and all standard cleaning duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic maintenance skills preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 10 lbs)
- Exposure to cleaning products and chemicals
- Moderate noise level

- Additional weekday hours Monday, through Friday, 5 pm to 7 pm
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
