Position: Community Department Maintenance Technician
This full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week position requires a high level of professionalism, exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to excel in a fast‑paced work environment.strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is
customer-service oriented, works well independently and as part of a team, and can manage a
wide range of maintenance and support tasks. A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
are required.
Work Structure
This position includes 25 on-site community hours per week during the summer season (two
weeks before Memorial Day through two weeks after Labor Day).
The remaining weekly hours will be spent performing maintenance at our other properties,
depending on operational needs.
Seasonal On‑Site Hours: Beginning two weeks before Memorial Day and ending two weeks after Labor Day
•Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
•Thursday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
•Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
•Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
•Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of all common areas including the beach, parking
lot, garbage room, laundry room, storage areas, walkways, hallways, steps, electrical
room, and the on-site office.
•Provide homeowners with support such as assistance with beach chairs, umbrellas,
packages to their unit, and similar items.
•Assist homeowners with minor repair requests such as light bulb replacements, battery
changes, and small furniture moves to name a few.
•Provide access and support to authorized vendors as needed (pest control, appliance
service, HVAC technicians, etc.).
•Respond promptly and professionally to community owners’ needs, inquiries, and service
requests.
