What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer and internal projects simultaneously.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Operations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Drive problem resolution and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and customers.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Project management experience within manufacturing, electrical equipment, construction, industrial, or related industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with electrical power distribution equipment, switchgear, control systems, or industrial manufacturing environments.
- PMP certification or formal project management training.
- ERP/MRP system experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
