In this role, you'll work closely with Engineers, Project Managers, Manufacturing, and Customers to help transform complex requirements into high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

What You'll Do
As an Engineering Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting engineering projects from concept through production while helping ensure quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and documentation of custom electrical power distribution products.
- Interpret customer specifications and project requirements to assist in delivering engineered solutions.
- Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, bills of materials, and project documentation.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with technical reviews, product modifications, and engineering change processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to support production and project execution.
- Ensure designs, documentation, and processes comply with applicable standards and customer specifications.
- Participate in product testing, validation, and quality improvement efforts.
- Contribute to a culture focused on safety, collaboration, innovation, and customer success.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering-related software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting engineering or manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with electrical power systems, industrial controls, switchgear, power distribution equipment, or related products.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working in a custom manufacturing or engineered-to-order environment.
