What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Journeyman Electrician (Must have WI Journeyman License) position at Electrical Options?
Seeking experienced Residential Journeyman Electrician that lives close to the Illinois/Wisconsin border to join our team. We are recognized as a source for reliable, skilled craftsman of our trade. We offer consistent work, great pay as well as benefits.
Specific responsibilities would include:
- Installing power supply wiring and conduit/romex
- Troubleshooting electrical systems
- Directing and training workers to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.
Requirements would include:
- Must have a Wisconsin Journeyman License
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential electrical
- Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems
- Understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, etc.
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
- Ability to interact with General Contractors as well as customers
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety
- High standard of integrity and professionalism
- Drug free at all times
