Certified Payroll Specialist

The Company is seeking a Full-time Certified Payroll Specialist to work in person at our office. The primary role is the review and submission of weekly certified payroll records and other labor compliance documents across a variety of platforms. A minimum of 1 year experience in prevailing wage certified payroll reporting is required.

Responsibilities

· Complete and accurate reporting of certified payroll, fringe benefits and other construction industry labor compliance documents.

· Submission of weekly Certified Payroll reports on LCP tracker, DIR and BCA/OCPS

· Respond / Resolve discrepancies related to submission audits from LCP Tracker, DIR, etc.

· Provide supporting payroll records (statements of compliance, fringe benefit statements, payroll deductions, apprentice registration, etc.) to Prime Contractors.

· Provide miscellaneous administrative support activities for accounting department.

· Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Knowledge

· Minimum one (1) year experience with Certified Payroll in the construction industry

· Knowledge of and experience working with LCP Tracker, DIR and OCPS websites.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· General PC skills –Excel, Outlook, MS Word

· Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

· Strong oral and written communication skills
