Role Description
The Electrical Wire Department Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the wire department, including managing a team, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards. Duties include supervising electrical wire assembly tasks, coordinating schedules, troubleshooting issues with automated electrical wire cutting/striping equipment, and ensuring a safe work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in St. Louis, MO.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Experience with Electrical wire processing, including the ability to apply technical knowledge to wire assembly processes
- Knowledge of Electrical Maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical cutting/stripping machinery
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance
- Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electrical production industries is a plus
