Duties
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable electrical products
- Upsell additional items or upgrades to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up
- Handle automobile transportation tasks safely, including heavy lifting and proper merchandising of products in warehouse settings
- Maintain accurate pricing information, ensure compliance with safety standards, and implement safe lifting practices during product handling
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-presented to attract customer attention
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; electrical experience is highly valued
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of electrical products, upselling techniques, and basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following safe lifting practices
- Strong communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration.
