This position is a great fit for someone who is motivated, outgoing, competitive, and organized. You’ll spend your day connecting with prospects and current clients, uncovering needs, and helping them choose coverage that makes sense for their situation.
This is not a “smile and dial” cold-calling role. You’ll primarily work with warm leads, referrals, and existing clients who already have a connection to our office or a reason to speak with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Client Sales Specialist, you will:
- Follow up with warm leads, referrals, and current clients
- Make outbound calls to people who have requested information or may benefit from additional coverage
- Build strong relationships and create a positive client experience
- Ask good questions to better understand each client’s needs
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend helpful solutions
- Quote and present coverage options clearly and professionally
- Keep client records accurate and up to date
- Work closely with the team to provide excellent service
- Look for opportunities to grow client relationships and support agency goals
