We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time position at our office in Hoboken, NJ (4 days in office, 1 remote). In this role, you will be primarily supporting the Marketing team, but also assisting the CEO with projects outlined below.
Marketing, Influencer & Content Coordination:
- Assist the Art Director in the content creation process, including pulling inspiration, designing mood boards, and coordinating talent.
- Organize product staging for photoshoots.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and plan content that aligns with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in fashion and jewelry.
- Assist in creating influencer gifting concepts.
- Send out all influencer giftings and marketing/pr requests
- Assist with in-person events
- Assist the marketing team with finding and ordering props for photoshoots and events
- Plan and coordinate company events, such as team outings and holiday parties.
- Manage office visitors, including setting up the conference room and ordering refreshments.
Assisting the CEO:
- Assist with personal tasks such as returns, reservations, vacation research, and ordering personal items.
- Coordinate and send birthday and thank you gifts.
- Manage interview outreach, coordination, and follow-up.
- Coordinate approved charitable donations.
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the CEO to ensure optimal efficiency and organization.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of social media marketing trends and best practices.
- Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and file management skills.
- Strong problem solver and analytical thinker.
- 1 yrs experience in a similar role
- Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently towards completing them.
