An opportunity exists at Electralloy/G.O. Carlson Inc, 175 Main Street, Oil City, PA for a HR Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will report to the Manager Human Resources.
The chosen candidate SHOULD:
1. Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner.
2. Be highly proficient and experienced in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheets.
3. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Be a self-starter and be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
5. Have the ability to handle multiple priorities with strong multi-tasking skills.
6. Be well organized, highly accurate, and able to meet strict deadlines.
7. Be able to assist with various payroll and timekeeping functions.
8. Be able to assist in orientations and onboarding of new hires.
9. Be willing to learn our manufacturing process and terminology.
10. Be willing to work weekends and OT when required.
The starting salary is approximately $38,000 with an excellent benefit package. Candidate must be a High School Graduate and a U.S. Citizen.
