Electra Link is seeking a Structured Cabling Foreman to join our Houston team! In this role, you will lead project planning, scheduling, and implementation while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee and interpret project requirements, specifications, and scope of work to ensure complete and accurate installation.
Implement and maintain all quality control and safety measures.
Manage project planning to ensure proper materials, labor, tools, and resources are available on-site for timely completion.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
Lead a project team of 6 members on multi-story building or campus projects.
Attend project meetings to coordinate scheduling, objectives, and milestones.
Handle all project documentation, including closeout procedures, test results, as-built drawings, and warranty submissions.
Manage all aspects of personnel, materials, and administrative duties.
Qualifications
Previous experience in structured cabling, construction management, or related fields.
BICSI certification preferred.
Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to manage teams.
Excellent communication skills with all levels of project personnel, customers, and management.
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
