The Eleanor Nursing Care Center is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in Hyde Park, NY. We care for short term rehabiliation and long term care residents in our spacious, renovated 3-unit facility. We have an excellent supportive leadership team supporting our direct care staff.
We are seeking an RN Unit Manager
Duties Include:
- Supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
- Review resident records.
- Monitor overall care; ensure the standard of care on unit.
- Address questions or complaints brought forward by residents and families.
- Attend care plan meeting
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Long-Term Care Experience.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in NYS.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
