What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate the full admissions process—from referral to intake to approval—ensuring a seamless and timely experience
- Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners to drive consistent referrals
- Serve as the admissions expert, maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
- Champion the facility’s brand through marketing efforts and community outreach
- Navigate Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care processes with confidence
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth and successful resident transitions
- Host tours, presentations, and family meetings to showcase our facility and services
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Admissions Director or Admissions Coordinator in post-acute or long-term care
- Strong knowledge of local hospital systems and referral networks
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in MS Office (experience with Sigma, NAVI, and Allscripts is a plus)
