What You’ll Do:
You’ll be responsible for performing a wide range of repairs and diagnostics on medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks and trailers, working under minimal supervision. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that plays a key part in keeping our fleet moving safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
- Diagnose and repair air and hydraulic brake systems
- Handle steering, suspension, driveline, and electrical systems
- Conduct tire changes and repairs
- Complete AC, refrigeration, and HVAC repairs
- Follow all warranty procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues independently
- Ensure all work meets DOT safety standards and internal quality controls
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Trailer Technician (semi-truck/trailer repair)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with diesel, air brake, suspension, and trailer systems
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
