Why You’ll Love Working With Us
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Hook It Up, you’ll take an active role in leading the day-to-day guest experience while working alongside the team on the floor. This is a hands-on, tipped position for someone who enjoys being part of service while also helping keep the restaurant organized, efficient and running smoothly.
You’ll help set the pace for the shift, support team members and make sure guests receive friendly, consistent service from the moment they arrive. You’ll be part of a close-knit team in a casual, fast-paced environment where everyone works together and leadership isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support front-of-house operations throughout assigned shifts
- Work alongside the service team while providing direction, coaching and support as needed
- Help coordinate daily opening, service and closing responsibilities
- Monitor the guest experience and step in to resolve questions, concerns or service issues
- Maintain a strong floor presence and help keep service organized during busy periods
- Support proper cash handling, point-of-sale procedures and end-of-shift responsibilities
- Ensure dining, service and guest areas remain clean, stocked and ready throughout the shift
- Communicate with kitchen team members to support accurate orders, service timing and a smooth flow between front and back of house
- Help ensure team members follow established service standards, food safety procedures and workplace expectations
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Support inventory, stocking and daily operational needs as assigned
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor or Owner
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, hospitality or customer service experience
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team during service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organization, reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to remain professional and solution-focused when handling guest or team concerns
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must meet all applicable New Mexico food safety and alcohol service requirements based on assigned responsibilities
Salary : $18 - $20
