The Outlets Supervisor helps bring exceptional dining and event experiences to life across Solymar, CAVA and Banquets by leading Front of House teams, supporting smooth daily operations and ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive and memorable service.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager in leading daily Front of House operations across Solymar, CAVA and Banquets.
- Lead and support Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, Bussers and Food Runners throughout service.
- Maintain smooth service flow and appropriate Front of House staffing levels.
- Assist with scheduling, training, coaching and performance of Front of House team members.
- Oversee service execution and coordinate with culinary and support teams.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a strong focus on service recovery.
- Maintain company standards for cleanliness, food safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service.

Requirements
- One to two years of Front of House restaurant, bar, banquet or hospitality supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, multitasking and guest service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications.
