About the Job

As the Graphic Design Associate, you will play a crucial role on our marketing team by providing graphic design and video editing assistance, managing assigned marketing tasks, and operating our wide format printer.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wide format printer to produce high-quality prints, including decals, banners, posters, and large-format graphics
• Creates and modifies graphic design assets including banners, flyers, brochures, etc. as well as video editing/production
• Prepare print files, set up printing jobs, and ensure proper color accuracy and print quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues, including discrepancies, and equipment malfunctions
• Manage inventory of printing materials and decals, ensuring adequate stock levels
• Prepare printer project reporting
• Provide support with tasks such as image retouching, layout adjustments, and file preparation for print and digital media
• Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high standard of quality
• Help execute marketing campaigns, projects or events as needed
• Update and maintain marketing materials and collateral
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Track project progress to execute multiple projects simultaneously according to priority and ensure timely delivery of design and marketing materials
• Adapt to feedback and make necessary adjustment to meet project goals and expectations
• Understand overall company goals and division priorities to assist in developing and executing printer and graphic design projects
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment

Requirements

• Associate's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required
• Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in design software including, but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience operating wide format printers and knowledge of printing process is preferred, but not required
• Ability to problem solve, be resourceful and adapt when necessary to promptly complete work
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional duties outside of traditional work hours may be required, as needed
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
