Elders' Helpers is expanding to Kalamazoo! We are currently hiring caregivers as we prepare to begin providing services in the Greater Kalamazoo area on October 1, 2026.

This is a great opportunity to join our team as we build and grow our new Kalamazoo location.

About Us

At Elders' Helpers, we help older adults live safely and independently at home with compassionate, personalized care. We are a locally and family-owned West Michigan home care agency with more than 25 years of experience serving our communities.

We welcome caregivers of all experience levels, but we especially need experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, DCWs, and bilingual caregivers to help us build a strong team in the Kalamazoo area.

Pay & Rewards

• $17.25 an hour - starting pay
• $17.75 an hour - after completion of initial training
• Extra cash through our CareCrown Rewards Program for performance, completing goals and challenges, and client feedback

What You'll Do

• Provide homemaking and personal care
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping
• Support daily living activities and medication reminders
• Follow care plans and document visit details
• Provide dependable, compassionate support that helps clients remain safely at home

What You'll Need

• A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
• A smartphone for electronic visit verification
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to complete required training and background checks
