Home Care Program Care Manager Supervisor
Seeking a full time (37.5 hours/week) Home Care Care Manager Supervisor. The Home Care Care Manager Supervisor provides supervision, guidance, and performance oversight to Home Care Care Managers to ensure services are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements, agency policies, quality standards, and consumer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in human services or related field required. A minimum of 3 years experience working in social services or related field required. A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of human service resources, ASAP’s resources and procedures, and experience working with older adults is preferred. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required.
· A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment. The bonus for this position is $1,000.
